Gina Pereira Correia

Gina Pereira Correia has been a Biology and Geology teacher at middle and high school for over two decades. She holds a Msc in Environmental Education (2006) and a PhD in Geology (specialization in History and Methodology of Geological Sciences) (2014), at the University of Coimbra. She integrates the research group ‘Earth Dynamics’ of the Centre for Earth and Space Research of the University of Coimbra (CITEUC), where she develops research in the ‘History, Education and Dissemination/ popularization of Sciences’ thematic area, topics on which she has several publications at scientific meetings and in national and international journals.
