New websites for the EGU journals
26 March 2015
Over the past few weeks we have been announcing the relaunch of various EGU journal websites. Our publisher Copernicus has now redesigned and restructured the pages for all 17 of EGU’s open access publications: 16 thematic peer-reviewed journals and Advances in Geosciences, a journal for refereed proceedings and special publications.
The new websites feature several improvements, such as a redesigned home page, which includes news and, in some cases, presents a new journal cover, recent articles and highlighted papers. The new pages also include fast-access buttons for manuscript submission and tracking of manuscripts under review, site search to enable searching within the contents of the web pages, direct login possibility for the review system, and special sections with instructions for authors and reviewers, to mention a few of the improvements.
