Eligibility

Journalists, freelance science writers, science bloggers, and public information officers may register to attend EGU25, a hybrid meeting that will be held in-person and online from 27 April – 2 May 2025. The meeting will enable professional science communicators to learn about the latest research in the Earth, planetary, and space sciences and to interact with geoscientists from all over the world. Media registration will provide access to press conferences and the full meeting programme.

We encourage you to register in advance to attend EGU25, and receive media alerts about the conference.

Note: Those who need a letter of invitation (for Visa applications and/or institutional reasons) are encouraged to write directly to egu25@copernicus.org in addition to filling the media registration form.
