Ralph Alger Bagnold Medal
This medal was established by the Geomorphology Division in commemoration of the scientific achievements of Ralph Alger Bagnold. It is awarded annually to individuals in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the study of geomorphology, by means of a sustained contribution to a particular research area, the originality, timeliness and significance of their research and the broader community service contributions and leadership of the discipline.
