Cecilia Norgren is a PhD student at the Swedish Institute of Space Physics and Department of Physics and Astronomy, Uppsala University. Using the Magnetospheric Multiscale (MMS) mission, she studies the topology and kinetic structure of reconnection current sheets at the Earth’s magnetopause, which will help us understand the Sun-Earth interaction. The event presented in the poster showed agyrotropic electron distribution on a scale comparable to the electron gyroradius. The study was supported by the International Space Science Institute (ISSI) and the team “From Cluster to MMS”.
