I am a PhD candidate at the University of Arizona’s Lunar and Planetary Laboratory, working with Dr. Shane Byrne. This fall I will be moving to the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where I received a NASA Postdoctoral Program Fellowship to study the role of thermally induced stresses in breaking down materials on the Moon, NEAs, comets, and other airless bodies. In general, I am interested in the role of thermomechanical and other types of weathering processes in the evolution of solid bodies at a variety of scales, from micro- to macroscopic.
