CL Climate: Past, Present & Future
The 2015 Outstanding Student Poster (OSP) Award is awarded to Inge Juszak for the poster/PICO entitled:
The impact of vegetation type on the shortwave radiation balance of the Arctic tundra (Juszak, I.; Schaepman-Strub, G.)

Inge Juszak is a PhD student at the Institute of Evolutionary Biology and Environmental Studies at the University of Zurich. She is interested in how Arctic tundra vegetation affects local climate and permafrost thaw. Currently, she uses field measurements in north-east Siberia and radiative transfer modelling to compare the radiation budget of Arctic dwarf shrubs and sedges .
