Kweku Yamoah is a PhD student at Stockholm University, Stockholm Sweden. His research interest includes using biomarkers and their hydrogen isotope analysis as a quantitative paleo-hydrological tool to reconstruct the Southeast Asian hydro-climate. The poster discusses the causes in climate variability during the last 2000 years and how this variability influenced the Khmer Empire (Angkor Civilization).
