Johan Löfgren is a PhD student at the Department of Earth and Space Sciences at the Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. He has a BSc in Electrical Engineering and a MSc in Radio and Space Science. The focus of his current research is reflected Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) signals with the application of monitoring sea level. Data are collected from standard geodetic GNSS equipment on the coast and analyzed using different methods, e.g., geodetic processing of phase delay data and reflector height determination of signal-to-noise ratio data, to estimate the local sea level. Other areas of interest are kinematic and high-rate processing and tropospheric correction maps for InSAR.
